Not-For-Profit Care For Successful Aging

Fellowship Square Mesa—a senior living community within the Christian Care Communities organization—is motivated by our mission, not our profits. That mission is to provide a fulfilling lifestyle and promote independence to those we serve through Christian love and excellence. Our bottom line is not about financials, but about providing an affordable, safe community with high-quality care where seniors can thrive alongside others as they age successfully. By believing in the immeasurable value of every person and joyfully serving seniors with humility, integrity, compassion, and respect, our organization has grown to become one of the largest not-for-profit providers of senior housing and services in Arizona.

The housing plans available at Fellowship Square Mesa provide fantastic, affordable options for everyone. The specific pricing for the various floor plans can always be found online with Independent Living and Assisted Living choices, as we believe in transparency when it comes to the costs involved. Subsidized senior housing is also offered on our resort-style campus: for Independent Living under the HUD Section 202* program and for Assisted Living in our Christian Care Manor IV building, which is ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) approved. Both types of subsidized senior living spaces afford spacious, one-bedroom floor plans featuring private walk-in showers and fully equipped kitchens. In addition to our subsidized senior housing, the community can “Sponsor a Senior” through the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit in order to help provide a safe, secure place for a senior to call home. The wonderful part about this program is that anyone who owes Arizona income tax can claim this charitable tax credit, or a donation—either one-time or monthly— can be generously made to our Christian Care organization to support a housing opportunity.

No matter what floor plan is chosen or which financial route a senior takes to reside at Fellowship Square Mesa, the generous benefits for all residents abound. The long list of valuable inclusions that don’t involve added fees include, but are not limited to, the following: 24/7 onsite caregivers (for Assisted Living) and security, state-of-the-art wireless Emergency Call System, fully equipped kitchen, smart thermostats, full-size washer, and dryer, weekly housekeeping, maintenance services, all utilities (except phone), high-definition digital TV, free Wi-Fi, a robust meal plan with multiple dining options, and life enrichment activity programs. Onsite community spaces that are available for all senior residents to enjoy include the peaceful outdoor courtyard with a koi pond, shaded ramadas, heated pool, and spa, wellness, and fitness center, billiards room, library, and a private dining room. Complimentary transportation, chaplain services plus Bible studies, a hair salon, and a convenience store are also readily available for seniors to utilize. Our comprehensive apartment inclusions, dining options made-to-order onsite, desirable social activity programs and vast supportive health services are driven by the goal of keeping senior residents healthy, connected, and engaged.

Fellowship Square Mesa enables seniors, no matter their financial background, to live a purposeful life focused on their physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. We invite you to reach out and explore the options available to you or a loved one at our generous senior living community, which also provides financial help for those who are in need of a welcoming home but might not have all the resources on hand.
